Technical Product Manager (Operations Cloud)

Granicus is seeking a Technical Product Manager with expertise in platform technology to join our Operations Cloud product team. The candidate should be passionate about our platform’s ability to impact government efficiency, promote citizen engagement, and increase transparency. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align around a vision for the Operations Cloud components of the Granicus platform. You will collaborate with teams across the business including engineering, implementation, support, customer success, UI/UX, and product to give expert guidance, drive technology choices, implement new features, and influence the platform direction. You will support product consolidation strategy and a unified platform direction and collaborate with product teams to prepare project specifications and define the roadmap. Build high-performance, stable, scalable systems and lead high-level architecture discussions and planning sessions. The person in this role will define, analyze, and report on various metrics that determine the success of the Operations Cloud solutions and monitor adoption, usage, and profitability impact of the Operations Cloud solutions.
