Clinical & Strategic Leadership:
- Provide clinical oversight for behavioral health programs across adult and pediatric populations, serving as a subject matter expert for complex cases including severe mental illness and crisis intervention.
- Partner with senior leadership to build and operationalize behavioral health strategy, specialty care pathways, and program enhancements aligned with value-based care objectives.
People Management & Team Development:
- Directly manage a team of behavioral health clinicians, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management to foster psychological safety and clinical excellence.
- Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing clinical education to ensure consistency and quality, while identifying skill gaps for targeted upskilling initiatives.
Operational & Quality Management:
- Oversee daily behavioral health operations, including workload distribution, caseload equity, and workflow optimization to ensure timely access to care and appropriate triage.
- Ensure adherence to clinical standards and regulatory requirements, monitor quality metrics and audit results, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to mitigate clinical risk.
