Program Implementation and Project Management:

• Manage the implementation of multiple grants using project management tools.
• Design project plans, timelines, and reporting deadlines with stakeholders.
• Monitor program activities and address challenges proactively.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Act as a liaison between BBBSA and local agencies for clear communication.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Foster peer learning and knowledge sharing to promote best practices.

Reporting and Knowledge Management:

• Synthesize data and feedback to identify trends and lessons learned.
• Prepare reports on grant progress, successes, and improvements.
• Share insights across the network to drive increased investments.
