Job Description
This role is a dynamic mix of essential administrative support and high-impact privacy work, offering a clear career trajectory into a specialist role. You will be instrumental in enhancing privacy compliance and building a culture of Digital Trust. Key Responsibilities include actively supporting PIAs, assisting in drafting privacy policies, providing administrative support, helping manage privacy complaints and risks, collaborating with stakeholders across the business, contributing to strategic projects, and staying informed on developments in Australian data privacy laws.
We are looking for a driven individual with a proactive, commercial approach to problem-solving. Experience/Interest: 1-2 years' experience in a legal, or a strong interest in gaining experience in the privacy field. Proven ability to conduct research, analysis, and draft succinct, practical, and accurate advice using a risk-based approach. A knack for building strong working relationships with diverse stakeholders across multiple business units. A broad understanding of or keen interest in data, analytics concepts, and the privacy issues surrounding emerging technologies (like AI).
