Key Responsibilities:
- Lead ICRA and CBA teams overseeing study and site start-up activities.
- Develop study start-up materials and negotiate clinical budgets with sites.
- Establish performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field with 7+ years experience.
- 3+ years in operational aspects of managing clinical studies.
- Knowledge of ICH-GCPs and 21 CFR regulations.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range: $135,000 - $187,000.
- Generous benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid parental leave.
- Minimum 15 days vacation plus 11 paid holidays and paid sick time.
