Staff Software Engineer

Role:

• Lead the design and development of the LIMS application and related software.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into scalable, operations-friendly applications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers and Technical Product Managers.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of software development experience with Python and web services.
• Deep experience with relational databases, front-end frameworks, and regulated environments.
• Demonstrated leadership in consolidating legacy systems into unified platforms.

Nice to Have:

• Experience building or configuring LIMS in clinical, genomics, or high-throughput settings.
• Experience integrating laboratory instruments and automation.
