Responsibilities:
- Manage quality and execution of clinical programs at Health Center Pharmacies.
- Conduct drug utilization reviews and ensure prescription appropriateness.
- Provide patient counseling and drug information to medical staff.
Qualifications:
- BS or Pharm.D. from an approved school of pharmacy.
- Current unrestricted pharmacy license in the state of employment.
- Residency or 2 years post-graduate experience in similar roles.
