Responsibilities:

  • Review off-label regimens for appropriate clinical support and verify provider signed notes.
  • Align treatment plan dates and escalate issues as needed for timely resolution.
  • Directly communicate with patients to address insurance barriers and explain treatment-related next steps.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy is required; a Doctoral Degree in Pharmacy is preferred.
  • 2 years of relevant experience is required, with 2-4 years of relevant experience being preferred.
  • Must demonstrate mastery of oncology treatment modalities, insurance requirements, and clinic-specific workflows.
