The PBM Pharmacist provides clinical support to OHSU Pharmacy Benefit Management Services. Support includes formulary management, coverage determinations, Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee support, clinical inquiries, and implementing clinical programs.
In this role, you’ll oversee prescription intake, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effective communication across all channels. You will receive prescriptions via electronic systems, fax, and phone and verify prescription details, including patient information, medications, dosages, and prescriber information, while ensuring compliance with regulations. The role includes data entry, clinical review, patient communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
