Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the entire QA strategy and processes, reporting directly to the CTO.
- Plan and maintain test coverage across functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Decide what should be automated vs. manual.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of QA experience, including 2+ years in a Senior, Lead, or Acting Head of QA role.
- Strong hands-on experience in test automation (UI & API).
- Professional proficiency in English and Russian.
