Role Overview:
- The Enterprise Risk & Reporting Lead is responsible for building and operating the company's enterprise risk function.
- The role ensures key risks are identified, assessed, monitored, and reported in a consistent and forward-looking manner.
- Initially a hands-on role, it will evolve into a leadership position scaling the function with company growth.
Key Qualifications:
- 6–10+ years of experience in enterprise risk management within a regulated financial services environment.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise risk frameworks, including RCSA, stress testing, and ICAAP.
- Professional certifications such as CFA are strongly preferred.
