We are seeking an experienced Operational Risk / ERMF Specialist to support the development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of the firm's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
This role will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across regional and global teams to strengthen risk governance and perform risk assessments.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced financial services or digital assets environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the development and enhancement of enterprise risk management policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
Monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and prepare risk reports for senior management and Board Committees.
Partner with Risk Champions and Risk Owners across the First Line of Defense to consolidate business unit risk reporting.
