This remote role will ensure campaigns are data-driven, scalable, and optimized for growth by owning the systems, automation, and data infrastructure that power our marketing efforts. Elevate marketing reporting by building systems to track campaign performance and funnel health. Manage the HubSpot instance, configuring events in HubSpot, Google Tag Manager, and other platforms to enable accurate reporting. Analyze funnel performance to identify growth opportunities and collaborate with Data Engineers to establish data pipelines.
Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau to provide visibility into marketing and sales performance. Develop lead scoring and qualification logic to ensure sales focuses on the highest-opportunity leads. Continuously test and refine processes to improve scalability and effectiveness. Collaborate on a fast, results-driven team and report to the Director of Growth.
