Lead junior and mid-level consultants, set technical direction, and review their work.
Shape engagements alongside account teams and identify opportunities for expansion.

Azure platform engineering:

Lead Azure discovery and assessment engagements including architecture reviews and migration roadmaps.
Design and deploy enterprise-scale Azure landing zones aligned to the Cloud Adoption Framework.
Plan and execute migrations to Azure with workload assessment and cutover runbooks.

AI agent platform engineering and delivery:

Design and deploy Microsoft Foundry environments with network-isolated configurations.
Build promotion pipelines in GitHub Actions for agent deployment from sandbox to production.
Implement evaluation and safety frameworks using golden datasets and CI evaluators.

Documentation and enablement:

Author design documents, build guides, and runbooks for client operations.
Run workshops and enablement sessions for client makers and developers.
Prepare review packages for client AI governance boards.
