Own scope and SoW compliance, manage change control, and keep stakeholders aligned.
Run governance cadence including standups, status reporting, and RAID management.
Act as escalation point for engagement risk and drive quality control through peer reviews.

People Leadership:

Lead a 2-3 person pod, planning work across discovery, analysis, and executive readout.
Set quarterly and annual goals, provide structured coaching and feedback.
Manage utilization and maintain engagement hygiene including risks and version control.

Solution Delivery:

Drive technical discovery across multi-cloud, platform engineering, identity, and security.
Produce prioritized recommendations with effort sizing and sequenced roadmaps.
Translate findings into executive-ready narratives tied to business outcomes.

Standards & Practice Development:

Implement AI-driven solutions to reduce toil and accelerate insight.
Capture and evolve collateral such as questionnaires and readout templates.
Define and refine Rapid Solutions offerings for repeatable delivery.
