The Delivery Principal is accountable for engagement excellence on large, complex enterprise engagements, owning delivery quality, client relationships, and team outcomes.
You will actively work alongside the client, workshopping ideas, pressure-testing solutions, and co-creating the path forward.

What You'll Do:

Drive delivery excellence and strategy by owning execution, evolving engagement strategy, and championing AI-first delivery.
Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships, manage weekly updates, and identify opportunities for client expansion.
Lead team morale, well-being, and performance, providing regular feedback and support to prevent burnout.

Experience and Skills:

You have 10+ years as the accountable delivery leader on large, multi-workstream enterprise programs.
You possess solid knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, cloud-native platforms, and AI integration in real environments.
You know how to read an engagement, spot risks early, and act decisively to course correct.
