About the Role:
- Own the technical delivery strategy and scaled operations for our retained product team.
- Lead cross-functional engineering teams in building scalable, high-performance fullstack solutions.
On any given day, you might:
- Lead technical delivery for concurrent programs spanning multiple engineering squads.
- Partner with internal program managers and client stakeholders to scope and roadmap upcoming work.
- Analyze client business processes and map them to robust technical solutions.
The ideal person:
- Demonstrates a delivery-operations mindset focused on capacity planning and team health.
- Shows proactive innovation and integrates AI-based solutions that drive value.
- Is a proven client partner with the ability to act as a technical strategist.
You Bring:
- 10+ years of delivery leadership experience at scale, leading complex technical programs.
- Strong engineering and architecture expertise with a foundation in technical architecture.
- Deep SDLC and delivery fluency with modern practices like Agile/Scrum, DevOps, and CI/CD.
