Senior Manager, Professional Services Technical Architect

Role Overview:

• Manage the AMER Technical Architecture practice across presales and delivery.
• Oversee a team of TAs working on complex customer needs and early-stage offerings.
• Turn field learnings into repeatable methods that scale across Professional Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop the TA team, covering scoping, delivery oversight, staffing, and utilization.
• Coach architects to grow as credible advisors centered on customer outcomes.
• Partner on complex presales motions and join strategic customer conversations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing senior technical professionals in a services environment.
• Expertise in platform engineering, SRE, infrastructure, or software development.
• Experience with technically complex presales and building repeatable delivery methods.
