Position Overview:
- Reporting to the CIO, this role leads engineering delivery, integrations, and quality for the enterprise application ecosystem.
- It ensures platforms are scalable, secure, and support digital transformation initiatives.
- The incumbent manages cross-functional engineering, integration, and quality teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise application delivery, operational governance, and continuous optimization.
- Establish SDLC, release governance, and DevSecOps practices.
- Oversee integration platforms like MuleSoft and Azure Integration Services.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years in enterprise technology leadership; 10+ years managing technical teams.
- Deep expertise in integration patterns, automated testing, and AI-assisted engineering.
- Experience with Salesforce, .NET, Java, and cloud-native architectures.
