What You Will Do:
- Build and lead a high-performing, globally distributed Integration & Automation Engineering team.
- Own Oura’s Business Technology Services and core integration platform, delivering reusable API and event-driven services.
- Define and run the operating model for integrations and automation across IT.
Requirements:
- 12+ years building and operating integration platforms in modern SaaS environments.
- 5+ years managing engineers and technical program leaders.
- Deep experience with integration patterns and iPaaS platforms like Workato.
