IT Project Manager

Role Summary:

• Drive IT business relationship management and project leadership within Advocate Health's Patient Flow Applications team.
• Collaborate with business units to develop business cases, analyze requirements, and ensure technology fully supports operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead coordination, monitoring, and technical direction of project teams to ensure effective completion against design and quality standards.
• Create business process mappings and manage project risk, communication plans, implementation strategies, and scope.
• Mentor IT analysts and contribute to their technical skill development and performance reviews.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field with 7+ years of progressive information systems experience.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence and direct work teams.
