Associate, Reconciliation - Crypto Operations

As an Associate, you will join our Crypto Operations team to help deliver frictionless, reliable, accurate, and timely client experiences across an expansive set of products & features. In this role, you’ll foster accountability, ensure accuracy, and take ownership of process excellence. You'll also drive collaborative problem-solving and champion impactful project outcomes. Ensure seamless communication across internal stakeholders, external vendors, regulators, and auditors. Cultivate expertise and elevate team knowledge, optimizing our Ecosystem and collaborating with external teams to ensure our key processes & controls are supporting our stakeholders and their deliverables. This includes Compliance & Finance teams to ensure process, controls, and reporting adhere to regulatory standards.
