State Expansion Project Manager

Project Leadership & Management:

• Responsible for the entire state launch timeline, coordinating with Tech, Legal, and Finance to complete tasks on schedule.
• Proactively identify potential launch blockers like pending permits and work with teams to resolve them.
• Provide clear weekly updates to leadership on the status of each state in the expansion pipeline.

Regulatory & Compliance Oversight:

• Track and manage progress of all business filings, state licenses, and telehealth permits, ensuring paperwork is signed and filed.
• Maintain a simple reference guide for each state's local regulations to ensure lawful operation from launch.
• Organize all approvals and legal documents in a centralized digital system for audit readiness.

Partner Relationship Ownership:

• Serve as the main point of contact for external partners like hospitals and crisis centers, managing outreach and development.
• Manage the integration and onboarding of partners, providing necessary training and digital tools for patient referrals.
• Oversee partnership health during launch, resolving operational issues to ensure long-term collaboration.
