Role Mission:
- Accelerate the protocol roadmap by contributing across the full lifecycle of development.
- Work on new lending primitives, liquidation improvements, and oracle integrations.
- Think adversarially about security and system design.
Responsibilities:
- Design new lending mechanisms and write production Solidity code.
- Lead protocol initiatives end-to-end and identify potential attack vectors.
- Prototype new ideas using formal analysis and collaborate on architecture decisions.
Success Milestones:
- In 30 days: Build deep knowledge of the codebase and start contributing to active workstreams.
- In 4 months: Own design and implementation of new features and ship production contracts.
- In 1 year: Lead major protocol initiatives and shape architectural roadmap decisions.
