Senior Commercial Counsel

Role Overview:

• Serve as Senior Commercial Counsel, reporting to the Associate General Counsel as an early member of the legal team.
• Provide legal support for revenue-generating activities and review customer agreements.
• The role is remote and based in the Pacific Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, negotiate, and close complex commercial software and SaaS agreements with enterprise customers.
• Advise on legal issues related to SaaS licensing, professional services, and go-to-market programs.
• Build trust with sales teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and customers through strong communication.

Requirements and Compensation:

• 7+ years of relevant experience with strong law firm and in-house training at a technology company.
• Membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar and strong academic credentials.
• Base salary ranges from $250,000 to $275,000, plus equity and a generous benefits package.
• Compensation is determined by qualifications, years of experience, and location.
