Senior Commercial Counsel

Accountabilities:

• Serve as the legal point of contact for customer and vendor contracts.
• Draft, negotiate, and manage a variety of complex technology agreements.
• Advise on contract status and associated legal risks.

Requirements:

• J.D. with excellent academic credentials.
• Member in good standing of state bar association.
• 4-8 years of commercial transactional legal experience.
