Procurement Analyst/Tender Manager

The role involves leading commercially Source to Award and Contract Management RFx management, providing day-to-day operations related to e-sourcing activities in the ERP system as per Global Procurement team requirements. Setting up and managing e-sourcing events and maximizing potential through early engagement with buyers and stakeholders. The role also requires working with Global Procurement teams to identify suitable goods and services for negotiation using e-tools. The qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field with 4–8 years of experience supporting procurement and sourcing, including eSourcing and contract management. Familiarity with Source to Contract processes and experience with eSourcing project planning and execution in indirect categories is a must. The candidate should also have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
