Job Description
As Jane’s first dedicated Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you’ll help shape how they guide practitioners through their journey, from first touch, to activation, retention, and long-term advocacy. You'll lead the strategy and execution of always-on lifecycle programs across email, in-app, SMS, and push, helping new clinics onboard smoothly, discover value quickly, and stay engaged over time. You’ll also support customer marketing efforts like newsletters, with a focus on both prospective and existing customers. You’ll balance scale and personalization while keeping Jane’s trusted, human brand voice at the forefront.
