Staff Backend Engineer

• Establish clear system boundaries and improve performance, resilience, and data integrity.
• Mentor senior engineers and raise review quality across teams.

Qualifications:

• Evidence of technical impact across multiple teams and distributed backend systems at scale.
• Deep knowledge of relational databases, concurrency, and high-performance design.
• Strong judgement in service boundaries, consistency, and failure modes.
