Responsibilities:
- Drive product roadmap and continuously evaluate outcomes that align with Natera's mission and support commercial operations.
- Define and track KPIs, analyze relevant data, and prioritize features based on feedback to optimize user experience.
- Provide detailed requirements, prioritize backlogs, and facilitate scrum ceremonies with on-shore and off-shore teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, healthcare, or related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in digital product management; healthcare, healthtech, or biotech experience a plus.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally, influence stakeholders, and use data to drive decisions.
