Global Regulatory Compliance:
- Maintain ingredient-level compliance globally, including novel ingredients and evolving regulations.
- Oversee CEPA, CARB, REACH, VOC, and IFRA compliance and certification support.
Supplier & Documentation Management:
- Partner with contract manufacturers and raw material suppliers to secure and approve documentation.
- Establish standards, track metrics, and manage raw material changes via IT tools.
Ingredient Science & Leadership:
- Assess ingredient chemistry and structure-function relationships to support safety and claims.
- Educate stakeholders and embed technical expertise across the product lifecycle.
