Controller – Private Equity Fund Accounting (CFO Support Services)

You'll act as the key liaison between the firm, fund administrator, and audit/tax partners to ensure smooth delivery of fund accounting and compliance requirements. You’ll manage annual audits, K-1 preparation, and maintain audit-ready documentation while ensuring continuity across financial cycles. You’ll lead quarterly fund valuations, prepare investor communications, and support fundraising and diligence efforts with accurate financial data. You’ll coordinate and execute fund wires, oversee transaction documentation, and maintain a complete audit trail in collaboration with service providers. You’ll enhance internal systems, implement process improvements, and ensure timely delivery of recurring operational and compliance tasks.
