This is not an offshoring back-office job for an international company, you will be a key player in our globally distributed team as an IT specialist ensuring things run smoothly, with responsibilities that include providing daily support for helpdesk issues, improving integration and efficiency across IT tools and systems, and strengthening IT security and compliance with ISO 27001 standards.
As a candidate, you should have Proven IT troubleshooting skills, ability to resolve a wide range of hardware, software, and network issues. Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal in English, able to work with multiple teams and clearly explain technical concepts. Willingness to take initiative and assist team members as needed. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute positively to team goals.
