Revenue Cycle Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Perform insurance follow-up, payment posting, account reconciliation, and claim appeals to resolve accounts.
• Support activities to achieve budgeted Days Sales Outstanding goals across all payer sources.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information in compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of billing and collections experience in home health or hospice.
• Candidates must reside in approved remote states: AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KY, MI, NC, ND, NE, NJ, OH, SC, TN, TX, UT, WI.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently and as a team.
