As an Implementation Analyst at MeridianLink, you’ll play a key role in delivering software solutions to our clients. You’ll lead the full lifecycle of software deployments—from onboarding and configuration to training and ongoing support—ensuring a smooth and successful experience for both new and existing customers. Responsibilities include guiding clients through software implementation, managing onboarding activities, serving as the primary point of contact, collaborating with internal teams, tracking project milestones, and identifying opportunities to improve client outcomes. Qualifications include 2–4 years of experience, a bachelor’s degree, strong knowledge of Microsoft tools, and excellent communication skills.
