Data Center Operations Analyst

As a Data Center Operations Engineer, you will join the Service Engineering team, focusing on global infrastructure design, standards, operations, and architecture. Your responsibilities include implementing and assisting with data center operational procedures, such as day-to-day operations, asset management, deployments, and hardware break-fix. You will collaborate on documentation to create standards and best practices for data center operations. As the primary point of contact, you will manage vendors within our data centers. The position requires experience in data center operations, including installing pre-integrated racks, servers, and network appliances. You will perform basic hardware break-fix tasks, leveraging your knowledge of data center facilities and networking/server architecture.
