What You Will Do:
- Lead team efforts to onboard and monitor suppliers for compliance with Chomps standards.
- Develop win-win supplier relationships with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ensure timely resolution of product safety issues with root cause analysis and preventive measures.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field with 10+ years of FSQA experience.
- Strong knowledge of FSIS, FDA, HACCP, GFSI, traceability, recall, and labeling requirements.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading and developing salaried direct reports.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range $170,000-180,000 with 25% annual bonus.
