Job Description

As the Deal Desk & Contracts Manager, you will streamline the deal process end-to-end, from initial contract drafting to final signature and invoicing, ensuring risk management and stakeholder alignment. You will coordinate between Sales, Legal, Finance, and customers to ensure deals close efficiently, compliantly, and profitably. Responsibilities include supporting Sales with pricing approvals and deal structuring, drafting and managing sales contracts, reviewing commercial terms, and maintaining internal templates. The role also involves owning the quote-to-cash process, tracking deal status, partnering with InfoSec and Legal teams, issuing invoices, and monitoring collections.
