Senior Growth Manager

Role and Responsibilities:

• Own and scale digital acquisition strategies across key paid marketing channels to generate high-quality leads.
• Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn, Reddit, and Google.
• Build and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to target priority accounts.

Requirements and Experience:

• 5–7 years of experience in high-growth, fast-paced technology companies.
• Strong experience in B2B digital marketing, demand generation, and ABM strategies.
• Proven track record of launching and optimizing paid acquisition campaigns driving revenue.
