Senior Performance Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Own performance marketing campaigns for affiliate program, media networks, and emerging platforms.
• Continuously test new channels and creative formats to expand reach and optimize ROI.
• Manage budgets, pacing, and forecasts across multiple campaigns and channels.

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of experience in performance marketing with direct ownership of paid social channels.
• Proven track record of scaling campaigns and optimizing CAC/LTV.
• Comfort with data analysis, A/B testing, and performance measurement tools.
