Job Description

Install and support Intuitive Surgical products and ensure service agreements and warranty obligations are fulfilled. Exceed customer expectations and maintain customer satisfaction to the highest possible level. This position has responsibility and authority for: β€’ Pre-site verifications to prepare the site for system installation. β€’ Assist in the coordination of system delivery (e.g. confirming site readiness) β€’ Perform system installations. β€’ Install system upgrades. β€’ Provide technical and clinical support to end-users and other ISK employees. β€’ Train customers on new features or enhancements made to existing features. β€’ Perform maintenance inspections as required to ensure the system meets performance specifications. β€’ Troubleshoot and repair Intuitive Surgical products and associated equipment failures as required. β€’ Maintain accurate configurations of the installed base. β€’ Manage spare parts inventory. β€’ Support tradeshow activity. β€’ Provide backup support to adjacent FSEs β€’ Administrative duties, which include but are not limited to; Field Activity Reports, Return Material Authorizations, Expense Reports, etc... β€’ Act as a liaison for customers to HQ and Sales. β€’ Provide feedback to HQ to improve processes and improve efficiencies. β€’ Develop strong partnerships with hospital stakeholders β€’ Competent in knowledge and implementation of O.R. protocol. β€’ Provide customers with Sterile and Reprocessing Support such as SRS training, Site Review, Advanced Exchange program communications, etc.
