Job Description

We’re looking for a Go-to-Market / Growth Specialist (Tech Consulting) to help TrueLogic expand its client base and strengthen relationships with existing partners. This is a hybrid role that blends sales strategy, client consulting, and technical understanding — ideal for someone who can translate complex client challenges into actionable, scalable staffing or project solutions.

You’ll work closely with all internal teams (PMO, Talent Acquisition, Resource Allocation Management, CTO, Technical Directors), and the management team to identify opportunities, assist in client calls, craft proposals, and streamline the go-to-market process.
