Software Engineering Lead (.Net)

Join our Central Technology Team as a Software Engineering Lead anywhere in  NZ  to make a real impact every day by enriching customers’ experiences. Reporting to the  Director of Software Engineering, you will manage a C# team, building and maintaining Xplor’s reconciliation platforms. You will be involved in the software development lifecycle and partner with multiple other teams. Some responsibilities include writing clean, testable code, refactoring, code review, performance analysis, documentation, and feature implementation. You will oversee a team of 5-6 software developers and 2-3 QA engineers. Responsibilities include collaborating, adapting to flexible hours, providing people leadership with goal setting and performance reviews, and managing the on-call rotation to make it fair. This position is fully remote with the flexibility and work-life balance.
