Senior Product Manager

The Senior Product Manager is responsible for owning the core platform features as well as driving a portfolio of countries within the Global Payroll expansion team, while also supporting the growth and efficiency of the organization. In addition to the core responsibilities of a Product Manager, the Senior Product Manager manages more complex projects, and demonstrates greater autonomy in decision-making and stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities include owning and managing a defined portfolio of countries, defining product scope and success metrics, leading high-impact projects, mentoring junior colleagues, translating strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, partnering with Solution Design, prioritizing backlog items, and managing stakeholder communications.
