Systems Implementation Manager

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Systems Implementation Manager to lead the implementation of new platforms and processes directly related to the operations of our firm. This role is critical to ensuring seamless technology transitions and ongoing optimization across the firm. This role will also provide strategic leadership and direction for the Salesforce team, overseeing both project execution and the professional development of team members. Lead the full lifecycle of software implementations, from planning and vendor coordination to deployment and post-launch support. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, define timelines, and ensure alignment with business goals. Manage, support, and provide strategic oversight for the Salesforce team by delivering regular feedback, facilitating growth planning, and aligning team initiatives with organizational goals. Communicate effectively with director-level and senior leadership to align on priorities, timelines, and requirements.
