• Manage cross-country program management and monitoring, including KPI dashboards and work plan trackers, to ensure progress against strategic objectives.
• Provide targeted strategic and programmatic support to country teams, including developing implementation roadmaps and interfacing with internal expert teams.
• Build and sustain partnerships with governments, donors, and global partners to advance the lead exposure agenda, and oversee fundraising and donor stewardship.

• Leverage deep expertise in AI to lead end-to-end delivery of clinical decision support initiatives from early pilots through scale, translating strategy into sequenced work plans.
• Own the program's forward view by tracking the frontier of clinical and agentic AI, anticipate capabilities, and reshape roadmaps and partnerships.
• Forge and maintain relationships with the Ministry of Health and other partners, evaluate health system factors affecting impact, and directly manage at least one Senior Associate.

• Design and execute quantitative and qualitative analyses to address gaps and support an enabling environment for injectable PrEP scale-up.
• Manage and monitor country and project progress against agreed deliverables and milestones, including routine reporting and donor updates.
• Maintain up-to-date expertise on HIV prevention and long-acting injectable PrEP, supporting knowledge management across the team.
