Core Duties:
- Provide hands-on technical assistance and coaching to NPHI teams across Ethiopia, Nigeria, Zambia, and DRC, spanning backbone strengthening, leadership and governance, financing and resource mobilization, and partnership coordination.
- Lead co-design workshops with backbone functions to define workflows, service levels, and escalation rules; support implementation through Delivery Units and minimum management architecture.
Methodology Development:
- Translate country experience into structured trip reports, methodology notes, and case studies; identify universal versus context-specific elements for RTSL's theory of change.
- Apply quality improvement tools like bottleneck analysis and participatory co-design to simplify implementation; contribute to playbooks for scaling.
Portfolio and Peer Learning:
- Manage assigned workstreams ensuring delivery against milestones and timely reporting; collaborate with global and country teams for effective operations.
- Facilitate structured peer learning exchanges across NPHI teams to translate in-country experience into practical guidance.
