Workstream Leadership:
- Provide strategic direction for the Surveillance and Digital Architecture and Governance workstream.
- Translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Represent the workstream externally in global technical forums.
Team Management:
- Manage and develop a team of staff across diverse roles.
- Foster a team culture of cross-disciplinary skills.
- Coach team members and country counterparts.
Country Strategy:
- Provide direct advisory support to national public health institutes and ministries.
- Support identification of right solutions for context.
- Advise on responsible and context-appropriate use of artificial intelligence.
Coordination and Oversight:
- Serve as a coordination and learning hub across countries.
- Collaborate with other workstreams for cohesive implementation.
- Oversee quality and coherence of digital implementation.
