Provide stewardship over the codebases you're responsible for, striving for flexibility and agility in the face of expanding and changing business requirements. Run the SDLC for your team, efficiently and effectively delivering great software sprint by sprint. Continuously improve the processes and practices of your engineering team, ensuring they're doing their best work. Partner with Product Owners to provide market and business context to your teams, maintaining a collaborative environment for product design and evolution. Mentor and coach the engineers on your team to expand their skills and advance in their careers. Play a leadership role in defining and evolving how Engineering works at Caribou.
