Provide the best, high-quality psychotherapy and coordinated care for your patients and collaborate with a dynamic team of providers including psychiatrists and nurse practitioners to diagnose, manage and treat our patients, employing a wide variety of interventions and modalities. Work independently and collaborate with a team of behavioral health providers and support staff. Utilize our custom technology, including an integrated EMR, to support providers with patient messaging, track patient progress, and gain insights into outcomes. Demonstrated experience caring for diverse mix of patients receiving mental health treatment for anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions as well as excellent clinical knowledge, communication and organizational skills is required. Ensure patient needs are met by listening, communicating clearly, addressing concerns, coordinating care, and taking accountability for outcomes. Engage in continuous improvement by seeking feedback, participating in professional development, and implementing evidence-based practices to enhance the quality of care, while practicing to the highest ethical standards.
